One-to-one lawyer coaching sessions.

My approach is based on my law practice and leadership experience, my ICF-accredited coach training, and my coaching perspective

You decide on your professional goals as well as the topic for each session.

We explore and clarify your desired outcome.

I guide each session to focus on your chosen goals, topic, and outcome, while remaining attentive to and flexible for the most pressing issues in the moment.

We typically meet on Zoom or by phone. 

I contract with firms and companies that sponsor coaching for their lawyers, as well as individual lawyers who want to retain me directly.

Attendees gain knowledge, practice new skills, reflect and discuss together, and leave with useful tools for work.

Group learning sessions are based on:

  • My individual and team coaching training and experience.
  • The Core Strengths model of Relationship Intelligence.
  • My in-house legal and leadership experience, including taking the client’s perspective and leveraging cross-functional expertise.
I customize learning sessions to the professional development needs and interests of the group.  

Learning Session Experiences

I really enjoyed the practicality of the coaching skills for people in legal which I have in fact implemented. 

I liked the active discussions and the concise information presented.

I thought that the coaching skills exercise was useful and liked doing the real life example in a small group as we did. 

This is a very useful tool and one that I will take forward when I face challenges in the future.  

The activity was well facilitated.

We got to engage with co-workers and learn what their conflict responses are. 

This makes it easier to know how to manage conflicts with them.

In advance of team development work, we will meet to clarify your team’s needs.  I will explain the different team development session options and we will create an appropriate plan. 

Team Retreats

Maybe it’s on your (too long) to-do list but it keeps getting bumped to the later category.

Or you want to give this experience to your team, but the budget is already stretched.

Although it takes resources to plan and execute, a retreat with your team can be a valuable investment in your people.

Team Retreat Experiences

Rebecca was extremely well prepared and organised.

The retreat had the right level of detail while also allowing participants time to discuss in greater detail particular areas/topics.
